• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account

3. Payment and Refund Policy

• Full Refund: Available within 14 days of purchase if less than 20% of the course content has been accessed
• Partial Refund: May be considered on a case-by-case basis for extenuating circumstances
• No Refund: After 30 days from the date of purchase or if more than 50% of course content has been accessed

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All course materials, including but not limited to videos, audio files, texts, images, exercises, and downloadable resources, are the intellectual property of Doricu and are protected by copyright laws. You agree not to:

• Record, screenshot, or copy course content for redistribution

• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works from our content

5. User Conduct and Responsibilities

As a student of Doricu, you agree to conduct yourself professionally and respectfully in all interactions with instructors and fellow students. Prohibited behaviors include:

• Harassment, discrimination, or abusive language toward others
• Sharing inappropriate or offensive content
• Disrupting live classes or group sessions
• Attempting to hack, compromise, or interfere with our platform
• Spamming or using our platform for unauthorized marketing

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for users who violate these conduct standards without refund.

6. Course Modifications and Cancellations

Doricu reserves the right to modify course content, schedules, or instructors as necessary to improve the learning experience. In the event that we must cancel a course, enrolled students will receive either a full refund or the option to transfer to an alternative course of equal value.

• Technical issues beyond our control (internet connectivity, device compatibility)

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Doricu may immediately terminate or suspend access to our services if you breach these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, your right to access course materials will cease immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London, United Kingdom.
